Worst company to ever exist

Worst company to ever exist. They don’t care about your problems, 7 days now waiting for my ticket to be reviewed. Spent money and never received my in game purchases. Absolute worst customer support to deal with.

Bethesda needs to fix everything.

Events continuously crash resulting in no rewards. Game continuously crashes when you near or travel to Whitesprings Resort. Their daily quests for the scoreboard force you to group for daily ops. I'm not interested in grouping. Perk cards continuously stop working along with armor and weapon legendary perks. The biggest problem is no public chat for deaf people or people who don't want to use headsets.

Fallout 4 was sad I had to watch the best series ever die a horrible death. Then they desecrated its corpse with fallout 76 and are no doubt thinking up ways to make the next one more like call of duty and making you buy caps. I go back and play new Vegas and Skyrim just to pretend that these series were never butchered. I was so so excited for es 6 but now I just see it having a linear playthrough with a voiced character to limit dialog so that Bethesda doesn't need to use brain cells. Way to kill excitement.

I’m not even sure where to begin

I’m not even sure where to begin, are Bethesda hiring nursery kids to code there games?
Every game has the same problems, they aren’t finished and they never get finished!
In fall out 76 though not only is the game in finished but is a complete pig of disrepair.
The only way I can explain this is like been asked to do home work, only to copy what I’d previously done, then take a dump on it and wrap it up in a scented wrapper, and ask the teacher to pay me for it.
Needless to say that this really is the final Bethesda game I will ever buy as I can’t remember a game that didn’t glitch so bad it became unplayable.
If anything I want a refund and I hope stricter laws come into place to stop these utter thieves steeling anymore money.

Everything works on my Xbox but Fallout…

Everything works on my Xbox but Fallout 4 and Skyrim. Bethesda.net does not EVER open so I can even view the mods at all. Never mind the game is always crashing and glitching and Fallout 76 is a literal scam and the most empty experience possible even in terms of micro transaction filled mmo games. Bethesda is the worst game company that there is, its just an objective fact at this point.

Could not run Fallout 4.

I purchased Fallout 4 and cannot play it on my computer, which mind you, far surpasses the required specifications to run the game. After hours of tinkering with my computer myself to troubleshoot the issue, I finally caved in and got GeekSquad to chime in. After 6 hours, and two different technicians, the conclusion was clear; the issue was with the game, not my computer. I documented all of this and reached out to Bethesda. Before even establishing real dialogue with me, they insisted that I give them a detailed overview of all my computer specifications. I obliged, and elaborated on my dissatisfaction. After a few back-and-forths, they tried to deny that I had ever purchased the game with them and insisted I should take up the issue of receiving a refund with the vendor I bought it through. I provided a screenshot of the transaction from my credit card statement and they immediately sang a different tune. This time they informed me customers whom purchase downloadable game are "not eligible" for a refund or store credit. This company is despicable and they are clearly not unaware of this. My case was passed around like a hot potato. Every time I received a response it's from a new name. This company is a sham.

No Help and only care about the "cosmetics" shop

So.....like many others have already said here...a automated customer service is just ridiculous, when there is no one checking it in case there are issues the automated system can't answer then the entire process is useless anyway.
And it's obvious that the only thing they maintain nowadays is the damned "cosmetics"shop while there still are glaring issues all over their games.
My expectation for Starfield is prettymuch but dead at this point.

Bethesda is one greedy company

Bethesda is one greedy company. In order to play fallout 76 u must buy the game then pay them extra each month so u can have enough space to hold all ur junk, weapons, clothing, and materials. Ur box holds 800 pounds of weight. U need more than that in steel and lead alone to keep ammo in ur gun. The countless glitches in game they dont address. A adding so much new stuff to the game that it creates so many new glitches. They at any given time will waste months of ur time and effort by changing ur characters dmg and usefulness. All melee characters used to be able to damage to the big bosses of the game are now useless. The damage from weapons has been altered so much over time and I guarantee it will be again. All bethesda has done is create a game to keep taking the players money. Its time for bethesda to take some of the money they are getting and put it into fixing their games instead of doing nothing about the problems all their games seem to have.

Barebones launcher, messy website & poor customer service

No idea why "Bethesda launcher" exists. It's very barebones as it doesn't offer customization options compared to others in the market. Their website is quite the cluttered mess - it feels as if you are browsing a journalist site and not just for the games themselves.
It's well known that their games are the buggiest and their support staff is an absolute disgrace to consumers as they'll just give you credits to spend in the "creation club" store just for the sake of keeping people hooked to their storefront. Fallout 76 is the latest game to show everyone that Bethesda can't be trusted.

Currently Deleting all Bethesda games…

Currently Deleting all Bethesda games because the log in for online experience for any game is such a hassle, and is very time, and energy consuming. I will no longer be getting Bethesda games, because it seems as if they are stuck in the time of DMV customer support. I have been trying to log into my old account but when I try to reset my password, it says not to use a password I've used before (I even typed a lot of random upper and lowercase letters with numbers) and it claims it was my password before. Very unsatisfied and angry with the stress that comes along with this unbreakable password resetting set up, and how broken it is.
